Anyone know the recipie from a cheesecake called the rebezins cheesecake? Its supposed to be great

2 bags Ostreicher lemon cookies (20 oz.)
1 stick butter
Crush cookies. Melt butter and mix with cookie crumbs on low flame. Press 1/2 of the crumbs on bottom of 9x13 pan and reserve the other half for top.
2 lb. farmer cheese
8 oz. sour cream
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
8 flat soup spoons flour
Mix all ingredience in bowl with fork. Pour over crumbs. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake 350 for 1 hour.

I always have to laugh when I hear about the rebitzens cheese cake. I know two women who make two completely different cheese cakes and both claim to have THE genuine rebitzen's recipe, personally heard from the rebetzin herself. lol.

Maybe they're from two different rebbetzins? (There are a few rebbetzins in the world, right?)

The recipe that I posted above is THE satmar rebbetzins cheesecake (as per what I was told).

The one I make is simple-
2 containers whipped cream cheese
1 1/2 lb farmer cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
bottom is crushed cookies mixed with melted stick butter
Bake one hour on e 350
