I have tons of red peppers that I want to roast, but I need a good recipe for them. Anyone have an idea? Thanks!

mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic.
Drizzle on top and broil.

anyone havea recipe for a good kugel? or side dish,other than knishes,rice or pasta ?
