What vegetables can I put in between the Teriaki salmon?
What would work? Also, if anyone has any exciting way to present it let me know!

different color peppers sweet potato red onions
u can serve angel hair salad under the skewer

Spaghetti or angel hair underneath the skewers.
Red or yellow peppers, onion, zuchini, potatoes, aubergine (eggplant) are all yummy on skewers.

I do onion, mushrooms, peppers, sometimes cherry tomatoes. Serve it over taglierini salad (no angel's hair pasta here) tossed with sesame oil, soy sauce and scallions.
