I was wondering how I can decorate a glass vase for a tu b'shvat craft
with children ages 6-9.
Any idea?
Thanks!

Do you think this age group could be trusted with permanent markers?

Why not glue bits of paper to the outside of the glass? Or leaves, and twigs.

I would have them cover the whole jar with a thin layer of glue. Show them how to stick their fingers, or hands (depending on how wide the opening of the jar is) into the top of the jar as they work. Have them glue on nice size squares of colorful tissues paper, completely covering the jar and even overlapping each other a bit. When it's somewhat dry it can be mod podged for a finished look.
good luck
