I was disappointed with the service at Bistro Grande.
Unfortunately, I think there are many, many, many problems with the way COR functions. Shmirat shabbat is a qualification for getting a hechsher but yirat shamayim and honesty in business aren't. And I can say that because I once worked for someone who had a hechsher who was a thief (it can be proven) and for someone else who couldn't get a hechsher, even though they were closed on Shabbat and everything was packaged with a hechsher (MK) but they weren't shomer shabbat at home.
If someone wants to undermine the COR I don't have a problem with it.
