How to create a online blog

The easiest way is to sign up for one using a blogging site such as Blogger or Wordpress (blogger.com and wordpress.com respectively) and go from there. Once you sign up for one of these sites, you pick a blog name, and start writing! Once you sign uo for a blog, you'll be taken to a control panel area called a "Dashboard" where it is pretty self-explanatory of what to do -- typical options include Posts (where to write your actual blog posts) Pages (static pages such as "About This Site" that you can create and add information to) and Catagories (where you can organize and create category titles for your posts.)

Both sites have options to customize the look and feel of your site, which you can play around with afterwards, but if you are just looking to write one, you can have one set up in literally 5 minutes.
