Fresh salmon

We got lots of fresh salmon yesterday Wednesday. I have some pieces with skin and some without.
What would you do with it for Shabbos. We don't like sweet meat, chicken or fish. Its so fresh We want to taste the food. I just feel so tired I want someone else for me to make the decisions.

Susie Fischbein has a wasabi pea crusted salmon recipe that goes over very well in my house. I don't have the recipe on me at the moment, but maybe someon can post it for you.

With fresh salmon I usually just put lemon juice and some spices (salt pepper garlic...) Everyone loves it!

bbq sauce and bit of teriyaki and lemon juice let it marinade for 10-15 minutes and bake for 25 minutes w/ sesame seeds. Serve with lettuce salad, A true winner.

a mixture of mayo, lemon juice, garlic and dill, bake for about 20 minutes, then broil for a few minutes so top gets crispy

teriyaki sauce (a little sweetish)

herbed breadcrumbs on top

YUM sounding please post. I froze a bunch and will use these recipes for next week.
This week I took onions dill coarse salt and coarse pepper I rubbed the fish.
I Squeezed fresh lemon and half a fresh orange on top and layer fresh dill its marinating now.
Thank you all for your quick responses. Salt pepper and lemon really is the best.
