Here's a recipe I got from here:
Teriyaki Salmon
2 T teriyaki sauce
2 T ketchup
2 T brown sugar
4 slices of salmon
Mix first three ingredients and marinate salmon for a half hour. Bake at 350, uncovered for 20-30 minutes. (You can broil it a bit at the end.)

Easy Teriyaki Marinade for salmon fillet:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
Optional: 1/2 cup sake
Marinate salmon fillet for 15 minutes - 1/2 an hour.
Place salmon in baking or broiler dish. I use a foil fish broiler pan.
Spoon marinade over it. Be sure to spoon on some of the sugar!
Bake at 400 degrees until done. Baking time will vary depending on the size of the fillet.

I've done this also adding 2 T orange juice. It is very good. I'll post another recipe shortly.

ra-mom once posted this great recipe:
By Pomegranate Chef Jason Beck / Bina Magazine
5-6 (8 oz. each) salmon fillets
1 Tbsp (6 cloves) chopped garlic
salt and pepper
vegetable oil spray
Sauce
1 cup duck sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp molasses (I use honey)
sesame seeds
Place salmon on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Season the salmon with chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Spray vegetable oil over salmon fillets.
Bake at 450 for 15 - 20 minutes.
Meanwhile combine sauce ingredients and mix until uniform. Glaze salmon with the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

I use this sauce and it comes out great!
Add garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Pour on the sauce and you're done!
