Any interesting recipes to make with this stuff? Something I can serve cold on shabbos afternoon and not the same old mayo based salad.

Corn, black bean, and fake stuff salad.
A couple of cans of corn (drained), one can of black beans (well rinsed), red onion (chopped), red pepper (chopped), fake stuff, and lemon juice.
ETA also add a bit of hot sauce.

Funny, I had already made a black bean and corn salad and probably could have saved myself some trouble and just tossed the fake stuff in with it.
Instead I ended up tossing it with cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, ginger, and cilantro and a dressing of coconut milk and lime juice and probably some other stuff I can't remember. Tastes okay, hopefully will be even better once the flavors marinate in overnight. Seems to be missing something and I can't figure it out yet. Oh, well.
