Fish fillets with Pesto Bread Crumb Crust
from Prevention magazine
fish fillets
mayo
pesto, homemade or jarred
bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs
You preheat your oven to about 425 and lay your fish out in a pan.
Mix 2 T of mayo and 3/4 tsp of pesto in a small cup and spread on fish. Top with half a cup of bread crumbs or similar.
Bake about 10 - 12 minutes.
