I made pickled fish and it tastes too vinegary. I tried to google ideas but nothing came up. My in laws are coming for supper tomorrow and I need it to taste perfect any ideas are appreciated. TIA

Maybe take off some of the sauce, and add more sugar dissolved in hot water.
