I came across this blog and even though it is new, I think it is one I really want to watch. I know there are a lot of people here with a lot of ahavat yisrael and I thought some of you might want to read it too. I am not from an originally Torah Observant lifestyle and this author is working hard at trying to explain some of the things that are the things people 'see' about orthodoxy and realize there are human beings under the sheitels and the 3/4 sleeves. We. Are. Am. Echad.

I just want to say that I have been following this writer now since she started her blog and always find it interesting especially because she works in kiruv and has many friends of different stripes who comment. it is a really nice dialogue between jewish women, talking about the things that we don't know about each other. it is respectful and optimistic and she does moderate comments to keep it that way.

That is probably why I like it. Having straddled two worlds, I see how little people know about each other. I like the explanations and that she invites comment and opinion.
