looking for simple, pareve or milchik recipes for portobello mushrooms that can be made on stovetop or microwave. Stuffed, sliced, marinated, whatever. TIA.

this is my fav way to eat them... very very simple
Brown rice (boiled in fake chicken soup or just the flavoring)
do not start mushrooms until rice is done
Portobello mushrooms on a fry pan (chopped small), little oil (or marg).
Until they are soft and change color, then mix in the rice. yummy side dish... or for me... my current fav..
Rice/mushroom, bean/avocado (mixture), taco chips (mushed into pieces)
not sure why but something simple..even tastes good when everything is cold.
