Does anyone have a recipe for a good side dish (with chicken) using puff pastry dough?

Chicken Wellington
2 packages chicken cutlets
honey mustard
2 packages puff pastry squares
1 egg, beaten
Cut chicken cutlets into small strips. Pour honey mustard and chicken into a plastic bag and shake until the chicken is well coated. Wrap each strip in just enough puff pastry to cover it. Egg wash the chicken. Bake at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes.
(you can also roll the big piece of dough into a flat square and cut it)
We love this one!

I make Pastrami Danishes its in the new heimish kitchen
It basically
Marinate the chicken in oil and spices, or duck sauce and spices..whatever you feel like-- thier is a recipe in the cookbook but I never really use it.
put the chicken in a bag with marinade and set in the fridge for a 1/2 hour
Puff pastry squares spread djion musturd, then make a layer of pastrami and then a peice of maranated chicken. Fold over to look like a mini danish. (they arent actually the size of mini danishes just to look like them)
Spread egg wash on the danish and sprinkle with sesme seeds
bake at 400 until done
You can use duck sauce as a dipping sauce

If I understand your question, you want a side dish to serve along with chicken. Not puff pastry and chicken together. I make a mushroom dish similar to the mushroom tart in Kosher By Design. The mixture is mushrooms, onions, garlic, white wine, etc. Let me know if you want me to post the recipe.
