hopefully, a baby... and let hubby fend for himself.
joking aside, if I make it home from my appt today, he will have a stir fry with rice. If I don't then he will use the steaks for the stir fry on the grill. He can also warm up soup from the freezer.
Tomorrow, I haven't thought about yet. I guess if I'm in labor, he can always take something I froze and heat it up.

It's just DH fasting this year, and afterwards he always has the same thing; scrambled eggs and toast.
Probably zucchini soup if there's any in the big freezer.

I didn't make anything special for before the fast... I usually do for the fasts which have a "Seudah Hamafseket" before.
We did have a Macaroni and Cheese Casserole for dinner last night.
For dinner tonight (break-fast), I'm making Baked Salmon with Mayo and Bread-Crumbs (Thanks to the person who posted this idea in one of the threads!!! I'll let you know how it comes out!!!)
with Roasted Potatoes
and Salad.
For dessert:
Banana Oatmeal Muffins
and - Lemon Merengue Pie (DH just made it!!!)

Since this is a regular fast, not like Yom Kippur or Taanis Esther, when there's a Yom Tov meal following the fast, I'm making regular dinner.

I made crumb cake and will probably make cauliflower soup.
I still have to think about what else. Not that I have that much time .

Taco salad. It's up to DH whether we have fake meat + cheese, or real meat + no cheese.
