Summer pudding:

This is not so sweet but it is something different.

Cook some frozen or fresh berries - blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, rasberries etc with some sugar. Line a bowl with white bread, crusts removed. Cut to shape. Pour in the berries (keep a little juice back) and cover with another layer of bread. Put a plate and heavy weight on top, and leave 8 hours or overnight in the fridge. Unmould it, and if any white bits are showing, pour on the extra juice. You can serve it with whipped cream (pareve or milchig) or ice cream but I have just served it alone.

If you want exact measurements try good old google.

wow! I don't even know if I should bother. These all look so good!

Ambrosia

1 bag each of frozen raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, peaches. Pour them into a huge bowl. Add a couple of defrosted Rich's whips (not beaten). As the fruit defrosts, the cream gets its color & taste. Serve with a ladle.

Very refreshing!

Too fattening? I am fat obsessed! (Weight Watchers).
I always make this with fat-free yogurt and egg whites (which I believe I wrote). So the only fat is the 1/3 cup of butter, for the whole thing!

[quote="SaraG"]S'more Pie
SMORE PIE
From a cooking show
Pour approx 1 1/2 cup milk into saucepan, heat with 2 cups chocolate chips. Add 1 1/2 tsp vanilla or 3/4 tsp almond extract. You can also do this in the microwave.

Pour into graham crust and freeze overnight. Or you can chill for four hours. It really only needs to be firm enough to slice.

I like to use a bought crust, but you can make your own with about 1 1/2 cup crushed up graham crackers and approximately 6 tablespoons margarine or butter.

Take a 14-16 oz jar of marshmallow creme and spoon dollops of it onto the pie. Spray your spoon with nonstick spray first and it will be easier for you.

Broil pie under broiler until it's as brown and crunchy as you like. Don't let it burn. If you do, scrape off top layer and try again.

You can even sprinkle chopped toasted nuts on top or toasted coconut. REALLY GOOD!!!!

so the marhshmallow part comes after you have left it in the frezzer overnight? so you put it on when it is still frozen??
