What is the best thing to eat before the fast? Anyone know? I am a very bad faster and still feel weak today from the fast yesterday. I'm thinking beans, bread, soup with matzo balls.

What works for me is drinking a lot of water starting three days before the fast. Also, eat foods that keep you full longer. Brown rice past really helped me this past tisha baav.
