Do you like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups? I did, until I took upon myself Cholov Yisroel years ago. I mean, not that I don't like them anymore, I just can't eat them!
Anyhow, I think Chocolate and PB are a perfect combination...don't all women?
This shabbos I took chocolate cake that I had baked and spread peanut butter on top.
It was great!!!! You should try it! (Don't worry - it was reduced fat!!)

Yep I always that recipe for the sefer torahs lollipops for my sons upshernish. I also do it with rice krispies added or marshamllow fluff variation.
Cornflakes incl corn syrup w/h choc and peanut butter is a big hit at my kids b/day parties.
Yes it's popular so much so my twins enjoy licking the bowl too 8)

I make this snack for my fam. to nosh on:
Melt Chocolate (or chocolate-chips) in the microwave
Add equal amount of peanut-butter
Mix in Powdered Milk
You can add rice-krispies
My kids like to eat this by the spoonful... :-)
You can also put into cup-cake holders and freeze.
Yummmmmm!!!
When I have time (lots of time) I make the Chocolate covered Peanut-butter Balls recipe from "Chicken Soup for the Soul" Cook-Book.
It's always a big hit!
And they're usually gone within minutes!!!

We love the peanut butter ball recipe in S&S. Once I made it as chocolate-peanut butter fudge by just mixing the peanut stuff, pressing it into a 9x9" pan and pouring the chocolate mix on top and putting it all in the fridge. That was years ago on Sukkos, and it got rave reviews.

You can melt it on your stove: Here's How: (from eHow)
1. Fill bottom of double boiler with water and place on low heat.
2. Place chocolate chips or coarsely chopped chocolate in the top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water and allow it to melt. Do not cover.
3. When most of the chocolate is shiny, stir until smooth.
4. Remove top of boiler from heat.
Tips:
Chocolate has a very low melting point. It must not be subjected to excessive heat, such as baking temperatures in an oven. Always melt over very low heat - do not boil the water.
Moisture is the enemy of melting chocolate - it can cause the mixture to stiffen. Don't let any water get into the chocolate (that's why you shouldn't cover the double boiler; condensation will drip in).

If you don't have a double boiler, you can just take a frying pan and place it over a boiling pot of water. Stir the chocolate as it melts.

super - I don't make them, I buy them!
I used to make a peanut-butter pie for Shabbos but the last time I made it, I was so disgusted by the ingredients that I threw out the recipe. The recipe was mix peanut butter with confec. sugar, put in graham cracker crust, use choc. pudding, then whipped topping. So many chemicals, so much sugar, and although it tasted good, you could also taste the chemicals.

Also, Kosher by Design Entertains has the most delicious peanut butter brownies recipe. I highly recommend it!

Oh I wish I had it. I borrowed the book from the library and tried it out then of course returned it without copying it. I've tried to imitate it by making any brownies recipe (including using Duncan Hines!). Put half the batter in the pan. Mix creamy peanut butter with a drop of vanilla. Put "blobs" of it spread out on the batter. Top with batter. Use fork to swirl. Tastes great!

KOSHER BY DESIGN ENTERTAINS
Brownies:
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, broken up
11/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup (12 tablespoons) butter or margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Dutch processed cocoa, sifted
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs, at room temperature
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules or espresso powder
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Filling:
4 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Arrange a rack in the middle of your oven and preheat to 350° F. Spray an 11-by 7-by 1 '/2 inch brownie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the tablespoon of flour into the pan. Shake it all around and tap it over a sink or garbi-can to discard excess.
2. In a heatproof medium bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, heat the chocolate, sugar, and butter or margarine. Whisk until melted and smooth. Remove bowl from heat arc set aside to cool to room temperature, about 15-20 minutes
3. In a small bowl, mix the flour, sifted cocoa, baking powder and salt.
4. In a medium bowl, with a mixer at medium speed, beat the eggs, coffee granules, and vanilla until foamy. If your stand mixer has a whisk attachment, it will work well here.
5. Blend the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
6. Add the flour/cocoa mixture into the chocolate mixture, stirring gently to combine.
7. Prepare the filling. Stir together the butter or margarine, confectioner's sugar, peanut butter, salt, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
8. Pour 1/3 of the batter into prepared pan, and spread evenly with a rubber spatula. Place tablespoon dollops of filling about 1-inch apart on top of batter, reserving about 4 tablespoons of filling. Drizzle remaining batter on top and gently spread to fill the pan. Place dollops of remaining filling on top.
9. With a knife, gently swirl the filling into the batter, running the knife lengthwise and crosswise across the layers to create a swirled effect.
10. Bake 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 3 inches from the center comes out clean; do not overbake. Allow to cool. Refrigerate, tightly wrapped, until cold. Cut into squares. Store tightly wrapped in plastic wrap in refrigerator and serve chilled:

I am the SAME way BVH! I used to eat those whenever I had the chance. I have yet to find a ready-made, cholov yisroel substitute that is as good
When I have such a craving, I microwave choc. chips and PB together. and just eat it with a spoon. YUM!

Mmm!! Sounds yummy (and great for my diet!)
By the way, when I went to Israel for the first time (for sem), I was thinking I am going to find cholov yisroel Reese PB cups here (yes, very holy thoughts...)....and I looked and looked...and finally found, "L'Ochlei Cholov CHutz La'aretz..." Oh well!
They used to make "dream cups" which were similar things, parve, or sometimes with marshmellow inside, but haven't seen them in years. Then you can buy the fancy ones in Oh Nuts! that are made for simchos, but they're like $1 each!
