I have one, but not exact.
I cook carrots, cut them into circles. Put on them oil, lemon, garlic, cilantro/corriander/cusbara, paprika, salt, and cumin. It comes out really yummy...

That looks a lot like Seraph's recipe, except it has exact measurements.

Is there another spice that tastes like cumin? The thing I bought here that was labeled cumin tastes and looks like caraway seeds and it's my understanding that cumin tastes different.

Thanks CM. It was me. Only thing is, I'm looking for a hot dish, not a cold carrot salad type. I should have specified...thanks, though. I also need to be able to heat it up Shabbos day, so it can't be very liquidy.

You bought whole cumin seeds. You can buy ground cumin or you can toast the seeds in a very hot pan till it smells really good and then crush in a mortar and pestle.

Thanks. Since that post I was in America for Pesach and bought ground cumin. Which I haven't even opened yet.
