My family's favorite:

drizzle honey on the fillets. Sprinkle (very little) salt and pepper over them (with a light hand).
Crush honey-glazed pecans (I use my pounder that I use for cutlets, can't think of what it's called) and pour generously over fillets. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Tastes like a restaurant dish that Garden of Eat-in serves.

Go to allrecipes.com and type in "salmon." You can even click on the "ingredients" section and list ingredients you have that you want in the salmon and it will find you recipes with those ingredients in it! There are TONS of salmon recipes on there!

Okay people I found the ultimate Salmon recipe and because I LOVE you all so much I am posting and sharing... ENJOY and have a meaninful fast:

Pecan Crusted Salmon

Cut salmon into slices (2 X 6”??!) DO NOT leave it one long filet as it will NOT cook properly for this recipe.

Lay the slices on a greased cookie sheet
Drizzle with vegetable (NOT OLIVE) oil and rub gently into the fish.
Salt and pepper the fish.

Broil 4 – 5 minutes… NO longer!

Remove from oven.

In a separate bowl prepare the pecan topping:

Crushed pecans (broken pieces, NOT a powder!)
Brown sugar
Vegetable oil

Mix the above 3 ingredients to form a paste.

Cover each filet.

Broil 30 – 40 seconds… Any longer and it will burn and nothing taste more disgusting than burnt pecans. Just stand there and count…

YUMMMMMY!!!!
