I like buying shoes from good, reputable (and often expensive) companies. But, sometimes, I see a shoe, price is expensive, does that mean that it's a good shoe/company?
I like buying Stuart Weitzman shoes. They really last!
I would be interested in hearing what company shoes you people out there wear!

My MIL lives in Stuart Weitzman but I live in my Naot closed toe sandals year round.
Expensive doesn't always mean quality.

I got really chubby wide feet so a rather limited choice for dressy shoes: Easy Spirit
I also like Bally but very very expensive, haven't bought a pair in nearly a decade.
Then I found out M&S makes wide shoes which are actually quite comfy, looks dressy and very reasonably priced!

Dansko are so durable and comfy. I spend very little money on myself in general but for shoes I will spend up to $100-$120.

connaisseur!!
The brand doesn't necessarily make the quality, neither does the price.
Anyway, personnally. My every day shoes are Clarks heels. My favorite for looks (but not sooo comfy) are Guess. I used to live in my Armani stilettos.
This reminds me, I have too many shoes and should sell some on ebay...

For those of you who wear Louboutin and Dior, do you pay full price or find them on sale? And are they comfortable enough to be worth the price tag? I need a very comfortable 4" heel pump with a platform, but don't want to spend a few hundred dollars and not like it.

Oooh, I have shoe envy...lol.
My current rotation:
Tory Burch Reva Flat (almost every day)
Cole Haan Loafers
Nine West Heels
Isaac Mizrahi (Target)
Slip on Vans style (Payless)
Rain Boots for a rainy June in NY (Ferragamo & Pucci)
- when I get some extra $ I want to add the Burberry rain boots.
Really anything on sale...

I have a whole collection of shoes--they're my investment! I buy only good brands, usually from department store sales and sometimes department store outlet stores. Sometimes you can score great shoes at amazing prices at Marshall's too.

I would be interested in hearing what company shoes you people out there wear! | My stuart weitzman didn't really last more than one season this time (and my shoes usually last longer than average). I don't regret buying them cause they are beautiful but don't think they were worth the money.

Christian Louboutin is my favorite and Jimmy Choo is my second to favorite. Prada makes a nice heel too, Gucci makes a nice shoe too. for weekday I wear Tory Burch, Gucci, or Prada and sometimes Ferragamo.
Now at Saks I just got georgeous Jimmy Choos for $350 and two pairs of Louboutins one for $450 and one for $389 and a pair of Jimmy Choos for $365. Saks is now having their 60 percent off sale so the prices are amazing.
