My under eyes are always dark, not matter what. I as once told it is because of "thin skin" anyone else have this trouble or solutions?

I have that too... It's not just a pigment thing. There are actually circles under my eyes where the skin is sunken in between my cheekbones and my eyeballs. And it's genetic. My dad has them, his dad had them too... I can make them look LESS dark, but I can't make them dissapear. I've learned to deal with them...

I checked it out, it is really expensive. We are a kollel couple and I can't fathom spending nearly $200 on something that may work. Thank you for the suggestion

Dark under eyes is, generally, lack of sleep or maybe it's mascara smudging.

I've found that the lancome waterproof undereye concealer works very well for me. I use some loose powder foundation over it to really keep it in place and blend it. gl!

You have to use a color correcting concealer followed by a concealer that matches your skin tone. Salmon/Pinkish toned concealers work best for light tones because your discolorations will mostly be blue/purple and the colored concealer will cancel that out. I like Cinema Secrets (you can find it at www.cinemasecrets.com or at www.camerareadycosmetics.com) but I know someone who uses Bobbi Brown's Corrector and really likes it too. (I think they're similar products but the CS is cheaper).
If you don't want to invest in two concealers, I use the pinkish concealer under my eyes and then go over it with my everyday tinted moisturizer and it does the trick. You only need to use a dab! Works every time.
(Anon because people who know me know that I know too much about this stuff!)

They say that whatever foundation you use, use one shade lighter under your eyes.

I rarely put makeup on as my husband is not a fan and I don't find the time for it.
