It's in the Spice and Spirit (purple coookboook). Actually, it's called mocha oatmeal but whatever. If you don't have the cookbook, let me know so I can post it.

Actually, in the end tonight I baked choc chip mandel bread( Kosher Palette II) and coffee crunch cake (from the purple cookbook)

Made a very small Shabbos and every crumb is gone, BH !

Sunday - orange and honey marinated turkey loaf with the tomato, spinach, and pasta soup I posted

Mon - broccoli rigatoni with salad

Tues - Good Luck Ses. chicken with Chinese Fried rice

Wed - I have a wedding, so e/o else has to eat leftovers or pasta, I think DH has a Chanukah lunch out though

Thurs - probably ditto the night before, don't tell my family they're gonna starve two nights in a row !!! DH again is eating out by lunch, so that's one less complaint.

Maybe since I know in advance, I should bring home bagels or some such when I do the shopping Thurs night ...

Here's mine:

Monday:
Flounder rollups with cornflake filling
Couscous
Ratatouille

Tuesday:
Shepherd's Pie
Maybe mushroom-barley soup

Wednesday:
Tofu Jambalaya

Thursday:
Split-pea soup with landjaegerli (dry sausage bits)
fresh bread
scrambled eggs

I'm up to my third month of monthly menus and it's really working out nicely. I don't have the worry of trying to think of something every day and dh loves the fact that I'm cooking more actual meals than I was recently. (I had become really lazy about cooking.)
