Looking for bunk bed that can convert into 2 twin beds (preferrably, wood). Can't spend too much. So far, what I see online, looks expensive.
Any suggestions?

what's inexpensive?
I did a lot of price comparing and when to at least 6 different stores besides online this summer when I got bunk beds. I think the cheapest was around $500 including the mattresses.
kid dynomite was selling for $499 but they didn't have what I wanted in stock and charged for delivery.
hatzloche was fairly competitive but they gave me delivery issues because of where I live so I canceled my order with them.
I ended up ordering the same piece from furniture to go on flatbush and avenue S. my mother haggled a package deal that included a solid wood dresser, the beds, the mattresses, and the under-bed storage drawers plus delivery for only $300 more than the other places were charging for the beds alone.

| You can order from WalMart online, they deliver. When I looked into bunk beds, their prices were the best.

Inexpensive and Brooklyn in one sentence?
Nah.
Whatcha think, OP?
I got the $500 one, 33" wide, that seperates. I don't remember if mattresses were included.
If you're looking for REAL cheap, Walmart sells wooden bunk beds. _________________ Because it's good!

I second hatzlocha. I just ordered from them a toddler bed. They delivered it to me that day and I really trust them regarding good quality. _________________ Sunday social program forming in Brooklyn for children with social delays. Pm me for more info
