Due to popular demand, I'm giving this recipe a thread of it's own!

Just cube some boneless chicken breasts, spread them on the bottom of a baking pan, pour duck sauce over it (not a ton), then add a layer of pastrami on top of the chicken.
Then put a layer of mashed potatoes on top of that. I usually use instant mashed potatoes - I mix in sauteed onions, garlic salt, margarine, eggs, mayo, and a little bit of chicken consume (I know that it sounds gross, but it tastes really good!)
I think I bake it for about 2 hours, maybe a little less.

Enjoy!

No, I don't cook the chicken before cubing it.
I use boneless chicken breasts, it usually cuts up very easily.

I give it to friends when they get married or already married friends if they are lucky!

I call it Gourmet Guide.

If you want I can e-mail you an e-version - PM me your e-mail address.
It's missing the cute fonts & may not be spaced perfectly but it has all the recipes. So far none of my internet friends have had problems!

How much margarine? How many eggs? How much mayo? (sorry so many q's, I cook very exactly embarrassed )
What is chicken consume? Can I get instant mashed pot in Israel, if yes where?
Can I use anything instead of duck sauce and do I need a specific type of duck sauce?
TIA

Unfortunately, I never measure anything, so I'm not sure exactly how much of everything you should use.

Probably just a few tablespoons of margarine and maybe 1/3 cup of mayo.

Use powdered chicken soup mix for flavoring, mix it in with the boiling water.

If you don't have duck sauce, just use any other chicken recipe that you like, I'm sure it will taste good. You could try bbq sauce, honey mustard, sweet and tangy chicken made with apricot jelly, etc.

You lay chicken breats in a pan, cut up if you want to. Put some duck sauce on top of that..

Put some pastrami slices on top of that........

Put some mashed potato on top of that, Defy mixes all kinds of stuff in hers.

Bake for about 2 hours.

Amazing!!!!!!!
