Reading through your previous list of salads, I'm assuming she meant chef's salad, but mistyped it. I wouldn't mind having that salad either Wink

Chef's Salad

1 lb. mixed salad greens
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. pastrami, sliced into thin strips
1/4 lb. salami, sliced into thin strips
1/4 lb. turkey, sliced into thin strips

Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp water
1-1/2 tsp mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
dash salt
dash black pepper

In a 1 lb. container, combine dressing ingredients. Cover tightly and shake vigorously until well combined.
Toss the pastrami, salami, turkey, red onion, and tomatoes with the salad greens.
Right before serving, lightly coat the salad with the dressing.
