I'm feeling very unmotivated to make anything this week, can't decide to make hot or cold or what. I have chicken in the freezer (raw and cooked), a cooked potato kugel, a noodle and mushroom kugel, and ton of veggies in stock (carrots, onions, parsnips, sweet potato, beet - discovered I like them in the simanim!, potatoes, 1lb cauliflower in freezer), aubergine (eggplant for you Americans), babycorn frozen, peas frozen.
For starter we have salmon. I'm very uninspired. Would any amothers be so kind as to make some suggestions of what I could make (easy, yummy, quick and healthy please!) and if you are suggesting hot food, how it would be heated on Shabbos etc.
Thanks in advance,
SYV

with succos coming, I'd be loathe to eat freezer food; you might need it.
what are you doing for erev yom kippur? that might be a help in planning the menu.
