Anyone have any ideas for yummy not too unhealthy sandwiches I can make for dinner in a panini maker? I have whole wheat bread, cheese, veggies, some "fakin bacon"...

Sabich--my most favourite sandwich in the whole wide world. Grilled/fried siced or cubed eggplants, hard boiled egg slices, hummous in pita. parsley and amba optional.
Or hot falafel melt?

| A slice of mozarella, a thin tomato slice, and a basil leaf or 2- or, make pesto and spread it. Best sandwich ever!!
