This is from the Quick and Kosher cookbook, by Jamie Geller.
Cran-Apple Crunch Kugel
1 can apple pie filling
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
4 Tablespoons sugar
4 Tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine, cut into chunks
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Spray a 9" round baking dish with non-stick spray.
Mix apple pie filling and cranberries in dish, and smooth into an even layer.
In separate bowl, mix sugars, flour, margarine and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple-cranberry mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
This is best served right out of the baking dish.
