Anyone own one? Which line is it, how much did it cost you? Are you happy with it or not?

I have one. It was like 2000 NIS I got a deal because the sheitel lady was also my daughter's gannent. Its not the top line but the next one. I am very happy with it! It looks nice and wasn't a fortune. Mine is a little below shoulder length and I am very happy with it.

I have one. I love the colour but it's too short (past the shoulders) and the quality is second best I would say. At the time it was the closest to long and blond I found... paid it 1100 euros.

I have a Laura Talanti which is part of the Galit Itallia line and I am happy with it.

I also have a laura talenti from galit italia, so does my mother and sister in law.
we're all very happy with it.
I paid 2800 shekel for it. they paid about 800 euros, which is about 4200 shekel....

I have a laura talenti fall. dont know anything else about these wigs, but I can tell you I absolutely hate it!! besides that the color came in totally off, it is always notty. the hair is so not fine. it looks just as bad when its freshly washed or if it hasnt been washed in a while. its stringy and even if I brush it perfectly it gets that way after a little wearing. I was told I overpayed for a cheap shaitel. everyone who sees it says its time for me to get a new wig, and it has been this way since I got it.

I have tried several Galit wigs on but never purchased one. They appear to be of very average quality. They do have a higher end line called "Bella Donna" that is a bit nicer. I would rank them higher than Milano but no match for Shevy.

I looked at their website and am wondering, are they all (esp the semi customs) sold as precuts?

Anyone else have experience with these wigs?

My sheitelmacher started selling them for $850, she says she's very pleased with them. I really need a new wig, and after mostly good reviews I'm strongly considering buying this week (would love to have it foe Chanuka)

I do NOT recommend plain old Galits--for reasons mentioned by previous posters. You cannot add highlights to them, the hair is so processed.
Laura Talenti is usually passable, but it's not comparable to a custom.

Actually the one I'm looking at already has highlights.

Thanks for the imput. I realize that they don't measure up to a custom wig, but I really don't have $2000 to shell out right now.
