I heard that they admitted later that the fish thing was a hoax

My only source for this story is my friend and I heard it from her directly. According to her, her uncle Moshe Yehuda Geshtetener from Montreal passed away and was flown on a Friday to somewhere in NY for burial. They got there very close to Shabbos and its questionable if he was even buried on Shabbos. A short while later a Spanish worker in New Square was about to cut a fish and heard it speak in hebrew. He quickly called in his boss who heard the fish say that he is here to do a tikun and he was known as 'Mishu' in this world. The worker was so shocked upon hearing the fish speak that he threw the fish back amongst the other fish and they didn't know exactly which fish said it afterwards.

Is it true? I didn't see it myself so I can't say forsure. I'm only repeating what I heard.

I don't understand what the first part of the story (uncle passing away) has to do with the second part (talking fish)?????

I do believe that Moshiach can come any minute but I don't believe that a kid was born, said it and then passed away...

I heard that in Jerusalem e/thing turned over.. kids were davening and learning.. they were running to each other asking Mechila quickly....

Exactly at 10 pm I heard the sound of a plane... I got sooo scared..

How to explain to children??

My kids woke up with lots of questions. Everyone in school was talking about the coming of Moshiach on Rosh Chodesh. Well, Rosh Chodesh came and went. The kids really believed that it will come..
I explained to them that perhaps Moshiach was ready, but we were'nt zoche to wecome Him just yet.

yeh - and wot was that brain thing all about?! I think we use our brains quite well! imagination is part of using ur brain too!
