Customer service

I work in an office and I decided that I need to get a 3 in 1 printer, fax, scanner thing. so I called my it guy and ordered one, anyway it's 2 weeks later and I still didnt get it. I call the guy up and first the receptionist is like going on and on how it's coming don't worry, so I said if your not going to have it by tomorrow then I'll just go and pick one up myself.... she says I don't really know I'll have the it guy call you back. the it guy call me back says we have such attitude, we always expect things right away and who do we think we are.... and he cancled the order because he doesnt see it coming within the next wee, he refuses to give me the model number so I can pick it up - I will have them install it. anyway my bil is a computor guy so I called him and asked him which one to get and he told me where to order it from, the website he gave me is 1/2 the price of the one I was quoted and I will have it on monday. (3 days). anyhow the it guy calls me back and says I decided I'll give you the model # - it happens to be the same one my bil gave me. I told the guy thank you, but you have poor customer service.

anyhow I guess we have an attitude in my office that everything is coming to me. just venting that I still dont have the printer that I want....
