2 yo dd just started going to camp. She will not eat sandwiches and refuses to eat any pasta, fish sticks, etc unless it's hot. Her Morah is unable to warm food up for her. Any suggestions?

I want to point out that if she sees all the other kids eating sandwiches she may be willing to eat hers too. When I was subbing in a gan dd was more willing to eat sandwiches than she is at home. If it's a short day (like in israel) maybe send a snack and a fruit and have her eat lunch when she gets home.

so far a mini bagel with cream cheese came back uneaten and today a bowl of her favorite pasta. it's a long day and I'm worried she's hungry. maybe I'll try the turkey, all the other foods suggested she would only eat when hot. Thanks for the help. Any more suggestions?

Crackers with cheese or peanut butter.
Yogurt or cottage cheese.

FWIW, there are many days when my toddler only nibbles on some fruit at gan, and brings everything else home untouched. Maybe she's just too busy playing? Or maybe they're giving her nosh there.
