Hi! Does anyone know how to pack silver?do I polish it before or after?
any packing advise? thanks in advanced

| Don't put them straight into plastic bags (moisture can be trapped). I'd wrap them first in flannels to avoid scratches.

I put it into boxes with crumpled up newspaper between the pieces, so that they didn't bump each others. I polished it before the next Yom Tov came, in the new house. If you're moving local, I'd suggest you keep the boxes in a friends house, and manually move it a week later.
