Sunday: Beef and tofu stir-fry over rice

Wednesday: Leftovers plus zuchinni-tofu-soy-sauce dish
Thursday:Easy shnitzel and butternut squash cubes

can u please post the recipie?

It's so easy and so yummy! Just put chicken cut into 8ths without skin into crockpot and pour abt 12oz of BBQ sauce to cover it (I used a generic honey-bbq). Turn crock onto high for 3-4 hrs or low for 6-8. Abt a half hr (or more) before youre ready to serve, take chicken out and use two forks to shred ("pull") the chicken and remove bones. Place shredded chicken back into crock pot for a little while and serve on buns or baguettes. This is a meal husbands will probably love!
(Note: I tried putting lettuce in my bageutte to give it some crunch, but the hot chicken just ended up cooking the lettuce...yuck!)

How do you have time to make something new every night?!
Do you make the gnocchi or is it store-bought?

I like to cook. I also try to break down tasks like season and prep stuff before freezing, when butcher order comes.
Gnocchi is store bought.

Creamy penne is basically penne with ricotta, shredded cheese, marinara, water/milk, etc.

And the beef and barley stew is going to be a new experiment. Smile I'll let you know how it turns out.
