This will be my first shabbos/yom tov making meat and I'm totally clueless. I'm looking for a meat recipe--any cut that can serve 5 people and be cooked covered (I try to avoid cooking open fleishigs in my oven, besides I don't like when my meat is dry). This will be served Friday night, so I don't have to worry about warming it up. I'm open to ANY ideas. Thanks

Go to a butchers store near you they usually are really helpful. Tell them you have never cooked meat before and what you want (easy to cook, soft etc) Im sure they will find you something great and tip you how to cook it too
