I can't figure out what time my 2 yr old dd needs to go to bed. she is a child who needs a lot of sleep. I don't want to wake up at 6 am with her because then the day just drags on. ideally, she'd wake up around 6 45/700. she needs a nap during the day. she has been going to bed around 8 30 and sometimes later and is waking up earlier (6) and not napping properly bc she is so tired.
what time do most ppl put 2 yr olds to sleep who don;t want them waking at the crack of dawn?

| kids who go to bed too late usually wake up even early. I put both my kids to sleep at six or six thirty and they sleep till seven. if on a rare occasion (barely ever happens thank g-d) they go to bed too late, they wake up even earlier and dont get the sleep they need. my sonds naps from ten to twelve, and my daugthers nap stopped and three and a few months.
