no, it wasnt written for mumbai. in fact if u look at threads from a long time ago, s/o posted about a boy with a stunning voice and he was singing this song.

The chabad boy isnt singing the song on his own. If you listen carefully you'll hear the original singer Declan singing the chorus.

wow! thanks for sharing! I still tear up each time I see pics of mumbai especially of Moshe'le being rescued and crying for his mother.
