Puff pastry

I have a roll of pastry dough (israeli size roll) in the freezer.
Im looking for good ideas for what to do with it, either shabbos or weekday. (but not deli roll). thanks!

My kids like meat pie. Saute the ground beef like for sheperd's pie, but cover withthe puff pastry instead. You can also put the ground beef in the pastry and roll it like deli roll, or make meat barkas. Teh meat pie is the easiest though.

There is always Moshe B Teva. I make it as an appitizer for Shabbos sometimes.

You can fill it with anything you like sweet or savory.
