| Many times, they have spent time with me explaining the features of different strollers, carseats, etc, helping me figure out what fits my needs best. Then I went home and looked online, and their price was always the best.

| they dont necessarily volunteer the info but if tell them you saw it somewhere else for less they will check themselves and honor it.

Really? The 2 times that I went in there they ignored me and charged at least as much as Target, BRU etc if not more.  I'm not planning on going back. |
they were really nice and helpful to me, and I am not from crown heights. could be you were unlucky and the staff there that day were not the friendly ones? I payed less for my stroller then amazon are charging for it right now.
but cl, you are right, the pound is so weak now it may not be worth your while buying there. (though its great for me to get stuff from the uk right now!!!  )
