I didn't which forum it belonged but here goes...
I live in small community and many pp share cleaning ladies.
I was very suspicious- well im 99.99% my cleaning lady was stealing from us but never caught her in the act. I fired her and told one of the women of the community why I did so.
I thought it was only right to let her know. she told me that she is very worried about what I told her and now I feel very bad bec I dont want to stir up things in the community. im a very quite and shy person who runs away from trouble and problems ( I was scared to fired her because I didn't want her to ask me why!!!). Not that the pp would give me problems...im worried that by saying that I gave them the problems!! :/
So I told the women that she is a good worker - which she is- and that maybe she just stole from me...I assume because im inexperienced in that department plus bec I dont have furniture eyt for my ds clothes are a bit everywhere in his room and BH he has a lot (being spolied by grandparents BH) so she probably assumed I wouldn't noticed!!! Who knows ..I dont but now I feel guilty and I dont know why, I know this is stupid...
help!!! did I do the right thing by telling?

If I shared a cleaning lady with someone and the other person DID NOT tell me that she stole from her, I wouldn't be very happy. In fact I would be furious, especially if I would end up finding it out myself the hard way! (ie: she would steal from me too). You did the right thing to warn her that it was a possibility. The rest is not your responsibility, they could do what they want and feel is best for themselves!
