DH lost weight....now about his clothes, please help?!

So DH worked really hard and lost 50lbs. Yay him!

Now he is swimming in his suits. They are from the Hat Box and they said the suits couldn't be altered that much. I believe them, because we've had stuff altered there before without issue. However, could a more experienced tailor do better? Do you know one?

Now DH is using Dryel on his suits and saving the dry cleaning money for a new suit. So he is walking around in wrinkled, too large suits so you can see why I REALLY need advice. Thanks!

Def. get a second opinion about altering the suits! Though it may end up costing more to alter than to buy some new ones!

50 pounds is like 3 clothes sizes, no? I can't imagine how suits could be altered that much.

Im sure they could be altered but chances are that much work will cost as much as a cheaper end suit, my suggestion would be to get a coupon for lord and taylor or macys and go get him a cheap suit until you can afford to buy him more.
