check out consumersearch.com

I have a fisher paykel washer and dryer. It's not front loading though. What I like about it is that it's small but you can fit a lot of laundry in.

Do you mean the ones he makes the most $ repairing or the ones he never sees? Wink

seriously - I use a guy by the name of meir herman - he's one of the most onest people I know. he lets me know the pros & cons of different models & different features offered. he lets me know which models have expensive, hard to get parts (imagine waiting 10 days a week before Pesach for a dryer piece) & which companies have standard parts that he carries with him. He has never steered me wrong. When I purchased my washer/dryer he pushed me to a plain jane whirlpool set & I am extremely happy. My sis otoh, purchased a duet (faddy, expensive, cadillac of frontloaders etc) & had to wait 3 days for authorized repair while she did her laundry at the laundromat.
