Try At Ease from Shaklee. I remember that years ago my sister got some sort of pen or marker marks off the wall with this, after other things failed. Good luck.

Do you have matte paint in your kitchen by any chance? It's nearly impossible to clean off anything from matte paint. I know, I have/had that experience Sad

I'm glad it worked! I think that other thread was one I started.....and I still have the pen marks on my beige leather couch! Too nervous to try perfume since tea tree oil started rubbing off the color.....What kind of couch do you have?

At Ease is now called Scour Off (from Shaklee). Ask your local Shaklee distributor. If it doesn't work on your walls, the worst thing is that you're left with a non-toxic oven cleaner which also works wonders on pots with stubborn dirt!

I didn't use it on my couch- I used on wall, and actually I noticed that the paint faded slightly where I used it.

Hi, I just tried alcohol on my walls. It did take off the pen mark, but I can see a difference in the paint color & it left an exact mark where I used the alcohol.

I didn't read all the responses, but the miracle sponge from Mr Clean works really well. It removed black permanent marker from furniture.
