trying to micro manage the microwave ... seems somebody put s/t in there they shouldn't have ... so - how do you kasher a microwave ... What

you should really ask a posek but I can tell you what I was told- its hard to make a microwave anything because of the way it produces heat- type of heat cant really make it anything- but you scrub it and boil a glass of water in there. if I remember correctly... though you should probably just ask- meanwhile just clean it- so when you get an answer- you will be halfway there

I think its like you ahve to put a cup of boiling water in it for 30 min or something like that. always had 2 microwaves (neither of which we use more than like once per month!) so B"H never ran into this jam!! Ask your LOR

yeah but anybody who says scrub it ... boil water ... still covers the item ... I would like uncovered items ... although I hardly use it ... just to warm up my coffee milk and to make popcorn ... it's my rebels that use it ... I kashered it once but I forget what the rov said ... don't feel like calling
