How many potatoes/zucchini are in 2lbs? I baby carrots in a bag so I can figure that one out.
I have one huge zucchini- what do you think that is?

About 6 medium potatoes makes 2 lbs. And a zucchini the size of a cucumber is around 1/2-3/4 lb.
