Does anyone have any info regarding Ruach Day Camp in Brooklyn this year? I tried to call to find out information regarding camp dates and registration and I couldn't even get to a point where I could even leave a message.

TIA

I was going to ask my sister if she knows anything, but then I remembered that she's been going up to the country for the past 3 years. Sorry!!

I'm also looking for information for my brother. Does anyone know what grade the oldest bunk is? Are boys that are going into 9th grade still campers? My brother is going to sleep away camp (Achim) second half and they start second half a few days before the day camps so he cant work anywhere because he wont be there for the last few days.

I'm pretty sure Ruach's oldest bunk is going into 8th Grade - Elyon is going into 7th and 8th. I think Yedidim has older boys

I know about Yedidim. My other brother goes there but the one that's going into 9th grade is not really Yedidim type and he would rather go somewhere more his type. Are there any other day camps that take that age or finish the first half earlier than other camps?

Simcha in far rockaway (they bus from Brooklyn) has a CIT group of 8th and 9th grade boys. I don't know what the camp dates are. They have an ad in the 20's and 30's "magazine" this week.

I am also interested and have left many messages. Does anyone remember what the cost is for the full summer? Did it include transportation, lunch?

Any info would be appreciated!

Thanks.

My kids went there last summer and loved it!

They are very expensive though, but they have awesome trips, they do provide lunch, and last summer had 9 weeks instead of 8! THAT was worth every penny!

Anyway it's about $1700 for the whole summer, pre-school is a bit cheaper, $1500 maybe?

Also they usually have early bird specials, where you can get a about $200 off. They usually have their early registration start after Purim.

Edited to add that transportation is included.
