I have a kosher kitchen now, but it's all dairy because there is no kosher meat available here.
BH BH we will be moving back to a community this summer, iyh buying a house, and -yikes- I'm afraid I may have forgotten some important things regarding the whole separation/switching/etc (didn't grow up with kosher kitchen and only had dairy when I was single--my choice.) So I need a book, or two, and maybe a website and/or online shiurs, etc. to help me refresh and relearn all of the important things. I want to basically start from scratch just to make sure.
All suggestions are welcome!

| just google "kashrus" or something like that, or check the o-u or ok's website - I'm sure they have loads of info. also the cookbook "spice and spirit" has some great kashrus info, as well as the book "body and soul."

Thanks Mama-star.
To be honest, I'm pretty sure I remember most of the relevant halachot, but I just want a consolidated refresher course. I'd prefer something all put together, like a book, instead of me haphazardly researching. I find that it covers my bases better, since sometimes I might not even know what to ask!
Obviously I have a LOR I will be asking specific things to, but I'm looking for a general resource.
Any ideas?

Okay, while looking online, I can't find Body and Soul.
Anyone have or has read "the Laws of Kashrus" by Rabbi Forst? Any other ideas?
