The Exotic Salad:
no idea where this recipe came from !
can of bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and baby corn (optional)
2 handfuls of sugar snap peas, cut in 1/3s
1 can sliced heart of palm
1 sliced red pepper(optional)
1 box cut up mushrooms (optional)
cut up tomatoes (optional)
Dressing:
1 - 2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 T salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 T sugar
Mix and serve cold.

| the best thing bout this, is that leftovers can go into the Mandarin Chicken recipe I posted here !
