Everyone I was just at Trader Joes and they had Trader Joes Glatt Kosher Turkey with a KAJ and OU Hechser. Does anyone know anything about them? Never heard TJ did their own meat. It didnt have any other brand name on it??

My Trader Joe's carries Empire, which AFAIK also has OU and KAJ hechsher. Maybe they repackage it.

| anyway, IMHO it's good if there are MORE than one or two companies with dibs on kosher meat.. that's the prob. we have w/ agriprosessors. They owned almost everything so we have a problem now.
